Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ReadHire ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, subscribers, and users of readhire.me and its subdomains.

What ReadHire is

ReadHire is a curated job board that aggregates and lists technology roles from third-party job boards (such as Adzuna) and directly from employers. ReadHire is an information service only. We are not a recruitment agency, staffing firm, or employer. We do not facilitate employment contracts and are not party to any hiring arrangement between a candidate and an employer.

Job listings

Many job listings on ReadHire are sourced from third-party job boards. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure listings are accurate and active, we make no guarantees regarding:

• The accuracy or completeness of any job listing.
• Whether a listed role is still open at the time you apply.
• The legitimacy of any employer or job posting.
• Salary figures, which are estimates provided by source data.

Clicking "Apply" on ReadHire will redirect you to the original employer or job board. Your application is submitted directly to them, not to ReadHire.

Job alerts

By subscribing to job alerts, you consent to receiving periodic emails from ReadHire containing curated job listings. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email. We will not send promotional or advertising emails unrelated to job listings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or republish job listings without permission.
• Submit false or misleading information through any ReadHire form.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to ReadHire systems or databases.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The ReadHire brand, design, and original content are owned by ReadHire. Job listing content is the property of the original employers or data providers. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to reproduce or redistribute content without written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ReadHire shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, reliance on inaccurate listings, or inability to access the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
